1. Order Cancellations
We understand that you may need to cancel an order. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility, you may cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at +91 96530 01001.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- Verification Failure: If we are unable to verify your Aadhaar card or age (must be 18+), we reserve the right to cancel your order and initiate a full refund automatically.
2. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the products (airguns, CO2 cylinders, pellets, and related accessories), we maintain a strict return policy:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a return and send the correct item at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after the product has been dispatched or delivered.
3. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (via Razorpay). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
