1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or due to mandatory ID verification checks required under the Arms Act.

2. ID Verification

As per Indian regulations, the dispatch of airguns and related equipment requires age and identity verification. Your order will not be shipped until your uploaded Aadhaar card (or equivalent ID) has been successfully verified by our team. Ensure your uploaded documents are clear to avoid shipping delays.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location in India.
  • Expedited Delivery: Where available, delivery takes 2-4 business days.

Deliveries to remote areas or specific states may take longer due to local regulations and courier availability.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping. Furthermore, we comply with all state-specific laws regarding the shipping of airguns; if your state has restrictions, we will notify you and cancel the order if necessary.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
